Sporotrikhosis

Clinical Symptoms
• Sporotrikhosis Limfokutan (most often)
• Nodules on the side of inoculation or
gumma along
regional lymph vessels, no pain
Laboratory
• Culture at 2 temperatures: 25° C (form
hypha) and
37° C (form spores), dimorphic fungi
• Histo PA
- granulomatosis
- "Cigar shape"
- Asteroid body
Management
1. Sol. KJ saturated 5 drops - 50 drops 3
times / day.
In Surabaya Indonesia wear Jodkalii tablets (1 tablet
200mg - Kimia Farma)
30mg/kg body weight / day
with milk or fruit drink
2. Ketoconazole tablets
3. Itraconazole Tablets 100-200mg / day
4. Fluconazole tablets
5. Tablet Terbinafin 125-250mg / day
